  • The item is returned in its original packaging where possible

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or modified containers (including custom paint, doors, windows, or electrical modifications)
  • Items that have been delivered and installed on-site
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery

Return Shipping

– Pacific Container Terminal is not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking.

Refund Processing

Exchanges
